Why installation-only?

Most HVAC companies run repair fleets and treat installations as filler work between service calls. We went the other way: AC Install Tampa does installs and replacements only. That choice changes everything about how the work goes.

• Scheduling: our crews aren’t pulled off your job for an emergency repair across town. Install dates hold.
• Honesty: we make money when a system goes in, not when we talk you out of a repair. When we say a unit isn’t worth fixing, it’s because the math says so — and we show you the math.
• Craft: installing well is a different skill from diagnosing fast. Load calculations, duct design, refrigerant charging and commissioning are what our crews do every single day.

How we work

Every project follows the same sequence: phone consult, in-home load calculation, a written quote with equipment options and rebate math, permit, installation, commissioning with measured airflow and refrigerant charge, and county inspection. You get the warranty registration and permit paperwork in hand before we consider the job done.

We serve the Tampa Bay metro — Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties — with calls answered 7:00 am – 9:00 pm et, 7 days a week.

What we don’t do

We don’t publish invented reviews, stock photos of “our team,” or fake awards. If you want references, ask when you call — we’ll point you to real recent installs in your part of Tampa Bay. And we don’t do repairs, maintenance plans or duct cleaning — if that’s what you need, we’ll say so on the phone and save you the visit.
