AC Installation & Replacement in St. Petersburg, FL
St. Pete’s 1920s bungalows and post-war block homes often have no ductwork at all — ductless mini-splits are our most common install in the city’s older neighborhoods.
Installing AC in St. Petersburg: what’s different here
Housing stock: historic bungalows, block construction, downtown condos. Many pre-1960 homes need duct design or ductless solutions from scratch. Every install we do in St. Petersburg includes a load calculation, a county mechanical permit (Pinellas County) and a commissioning check before we leave — the same process we run across Tampa Bay.
Calls are answered 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET, 7 days a week. Most St. Petersburg replacements are completed in a single day, and we can usually schedule an in-home assessment within one to two business days.
